The condo is located in the heart of "Old Town" Puerto Vallarta - one
block south of the Cuale River, on the beach. You are within minutes
walking distance to the main shopping areas, delectable restaurants
and the historic cathedral. Once you arrive at our condo there is no
need to use a taxi until you leave for the airport. The hustle and
bustle of life disappears with your first glorious sunset. On your
first morning as you savor the sunrise view of Los Muertos Beach and
the Bay of Banderas from our balcony you realize you are in
paradise.

Puerto Vallarta is located on Bahia de Banderas - The Bay of Flags.
It is the second largest natural bay in the world and has over 40
miles of coast line and is 20 miles across at the two opening points.
It is a stunning panorama of cobalt blue seas, a quaint village
nestled on bleached sands and a backdrop of lush green hills off to
the horizon. Puerto Vallarta, because of its unique location has
nearly perfect weather with temperatures that typically climb no
further than the high-80's nor any lower than the 60's - year
round.
Something For Everyone
There are numerous activities available, enough to keep even the
hyperactive content! You can while away the day in the sun by the
roof pool or on the sandy beach in front of the condo. For those more
adventurous there is sightseeing on a jungle tour or a cruise on the
bay, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, hot air balloon
rides, parasailing and water-skiing. Golf and tennis are available at
the hotels in the Marina area. Fishing for Marlin, Tuna and other
deep sea varieties can be booked through the sport shops or tourist
information booths. And of course there is having your afternoon
beverage at "Los Burros" Beach Bar, a hundred feet south of the
condo. For everyone there is shopping for a souvenir or a gift for
those unfortunate ones back at home.
